- Discuss and ratify the role of the Partnership in NERACOOS
- Re-invigorate and focus the Partnership’s effort for next year
- Discuss and identify strategic regional data discovery, access, and interoperability efforts for the Partnership and NERACOOS
- Identify funding opportunities and align them with work plan priorities
- Outline the annual workplan for NeCODP
Day 1: NeCODP Annual Meeting
Day 2: Data Management and Communications Workshop
During the second day the Partnership will have a facilitated discussion and planning workshop around the NeCODP focus areas of discovery, accessibility and interoperability. We’ll spend some time in each session discussing different data types and relevant standards. We’ll review and discuss the IOOS program office recommendations associated with specific data types or focus areas and discuss how we can implement these recommendations. Throughout the sessions we’ll look to identify potential projects that will support the development and implementation of the NERACOOS Data Management and Communications effort and the broader Partnership effort and bring this together in a draft workplan.
