GCMD popup 1

A popup window will appear that contains a subset of your Entry ID metadata record. The fields displayed here represent the fields that will be used to build the catalog record for the Exchange Network.

If you choose to have your metadata record included in the Exchange Network, there are fields that will be required or optional, but strongly recommended.

If you are missing an entry for a required field, the entire row will be highlighted in red.

If you are missing an entry for an optional, but recommended field, the title of the field and optionality value will be red.

If you want to add missing information or update inaccurate fields, click the link at the top of the page called 'Update This Record'.

You will be taken to this record on the GCMD website where you can make the necessary edits.
